The Dutch Exchange Program
We pair your city with student teams and professors from Breda University of Applied Sciences to attack a real local challenge—car dependency, a tired downtown, a stalled corridor—using the integrated Dutch toolkit of mobility, urban design, spatial planning, and logistics. The result: bold, buildable ideas, a study tour in the Netherlands, and a culminating visit that gets politicians, staff, and citizens seeing what's actually possible.
